How Much Does it Cost

For full protection for your central heating system and comprehensive cover on your plumbing and electrical systems , the cost is £12.99 per month. *. If you would like an annual boiler service included with the above cover, the cost is £16.99 per month. *

What's covered with Green HomePlan?

24/7 repairs including all parts and labour for the following:

Central Heating

  • Boiler electrical repairs
  • Boiler mechanical repairs
  • Pump faults
  • Control systems including timers and thermostats
  • Radiators, radiator valves and central heating pipework
  • Hot water supply faults
  • A new replacement boiler in the first 12 years if we cannot effect a repair

Electrics

  • Fuse Boards and Boxes in your house
  • All circuit breakers in you House
  • All sockets and switches in your house
  • All light pendants in your house
  • Emergency call out for repairs in your house

Plumbing

  • All hot water pipes
  • All cold water pipes
  • Overflows from your tanks
  • Emergency call out for repairs

What's not covered?

  • Pre-existing faults at the time of taking out the policy including system design faults or inaccessible components
  • Faults caused by the failure of gas, water or electrical supply services or consumer negligence
  • Any faults caused by sludge or blockages
  • Annual boiler service, although we arrange this for you at favourable rates
  • Burst Tanks
  • Drains
  • Any perishable items, terminal ends or items that are replaceable, ie. tap washers, light bulbs, etc.
  • The water main from the street to your stopcock

Eligibility

The Green HomePlan is only available to new boiler owners who apply within 7 years of the installation of a new high efficiency boiler from a reputable manufacturer.
This enables us to keep our costs permanently low.
